7 Percent Consignment Program

By joining the 7 Percent Consignment Program, you agree to the terms outlined below. The Company may revise these terms at any time without prior notice.


1. Enrollment Process

To enroll, customers must complete:

  • Consignment

Enrollment Form

  • Credit

Card /PAD (Pre-Authorized Debit) Form for payment collection


Customers can add multiple store locations. Enrollment does not guarantee approval. 7 Percent reserves the right to accept or reject applications at its discretion.

2. Payment Terms

  • No upfront payment required
  • Payment is due 30 days from the delivery date, Payment must be completed within seven (7) calendar days
    following the invoice due date.
  • Payment will be auto-debited using your PAD/CC setup
  • Credit card payments are subject to a 3% processing fee
  • PAD processing may take up to 5 business days after the due date $50 NSF fee will apply if funds are not available on the due date
  • Failure to pay may result in removal from the program

    All terms outlined in the Pre-Authorized Debit Agreement apply.


3. Return Policy

Eligible products may be returned within the 30-day consignment term:


Returns must meet the following:

  • Unopened and unused
  • Undamaged and in original sellable conditions
  • No markings, price tags, or stickers
  • Shipped back using the return label provided


To initiate a return, contact your Sales Representative with the item list. Full credit will be issued for accepted returns and can be used for future purchases.


Credit will not be issued if:

  • The return is shipped after the 30-day term
  • Products are opened, used, or altered

4. Featured Consignment Products

The following product lines are included as part of the 7 Percent Consignment Program:

These high-demand SKUs are curated to maximize sell-through and provide your stores with top-performing products right from the start.

5. Pricing and Merchandising Policy

  • All Consignment products must be sold at the MSRP provided by 7 Percent Distribution.

Customers are required not to set or adjust retail prices on their own, and any pricing changes outside of the 7 Percent Distribution’s published MSRP are not allowed.This ensures consistent pricing and a fair shopping experience across all participating locations.

  • All Consignment products must be merchandised according to the
    planogram
     provided by 7 Percent Distribution.

Customers are required not to alter product placement or display layouts on their own, and any deviations from the 7 Percent Distribution’s published planogram are not allowed. This ensures consistent brand presentation and optimal product placement across all participating locations.



6. Loss, Damage & Compliance

  • The Retailer is responsible for loss, theft, or damage while inventory is in store.
  • The Retailer is solely responsible for ensuring that all returned products are received in a condition suitable for resale. Returned inventory must be properly packed with adequate protective materials inside the packaging to prevent impact, breakage, leakage, or any form of damage during transit.
  • Failure to comply with pricing or placement requirements may void consignment eligibility.


7. Consignment Extension

  • If less then 50% of the total consignment is sold, the retailer will qualify for another 30-day extension, unsold units will be converted to 30-day payment term.
